The coffee beans are wet processed, and after resting to gently dry, using a drum roaster small batches are slowly and evenly roasted for maximum flavor. The beans are ground to a medium fine grind size.

Laird Coffee uses a proprietary packaging method. Standard coffee packaging only reduces oxygen content to 3.5%, but Laird's system reduces oxygen content to 0%, ensuring longer freshness—keeping flavors locked in—so every pot of coffee will taste just as delicious as the next.
